Shipping Policy
Shipping & Pick-up Policies
Shipping - We ship our products anywhere within Canada and the Continental United States. Your shipping cost will be calculated during checkout, prior to payment. Please contact us prior to ordering if you live in a remote area, to determine if there is a supplemental shipping charge. If you live outside North America, please contact us to see if we can ship to your area.
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Signature required - Packages are usually shipped requiring a signature; you are responsible for signing for your package.
Couriers - As usual with any courier, should you observe damage to the outer packaging, please indicate it when you sign for the shipment Take pictures of the damage and keep the box(s), then and contact us immediately.
All items must be inspected on delivery for shipping damage. In the unlikely event that you find the product to be damaged or components missing, please notify us within 2 business days. Include pictures of the damage.
We will not be responsible for any order:
damaged in shipping and unreported
moved from the original shipping location
shipped to a job site
shipped to third party
Shipping Times - Standard barn door hardware orders usually ship within 1-3 days from China.
Once dispatched, shipping within North America can take from 5-8 days. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us. If there are any delays with your shipment, we will contact you immediately
Shipping Address
Couriers require a physical (street) address for delivery. Please do not use a Post Office Box, as couriers cannot deliver to them.
If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please contact us immediately. If you contact us after your order has shipped we will do our best to have your delivery re-routed, but cannot guarantee delivery. You will be charged for any re-routing fees charged by the courier.
Lead Times
Most stocked orders placed by 2:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) ship the same day. This does not include barn door kits, special finishes, Industrial Heavy-Duty hardware, custom cuts, high volume orders, or special order hardware. Special Order items such as (but not limited to) custom track lengths and special finishes have a 2-3 week lead time. Orders that include a special order item will be shipped all together once the special order item is available, unless otherwise arranged. Large orders of several items may have increased lead times. If ordering in bulk, it is advised to speak to a customer service representative by phone or email.
Shipping Beyond Our Standard Service Area
We strive to offer affordable and competitive delivery options for everyone who shops with us. However, some areas are significantly more expensive for us to ship to than others, so additional fees may apply.
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, less populous and/or remote areas of Canada (such as the Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nunavut), and other locations outside of our standard service area are subject to additional shipping fees. You can contact customer service representative first.
For international shipping, we would use the DHL. Note to International customers: duties, taxes or other customs brokerage charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in shipping charges.
