​Shipping - We ship our products anywhere within Canada and the Continental United States. Your shipping cost will be calculated during checkout, prior to payment. Please contact us prior to ordering if you live in a remote area, to determine if there is a supplemental shipping charge. If you live outside North America, please contact us to see if we can ship to your area. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

RETURNS POLICY

Any custom cut hardware, hardware that has been installed, or hardware that has been modified or tampered with is non-refundable. Any shipping damage or missing components must be reported within 2 business days. Please include pictures of any damage Any barn door hardware returns must be made within 30 days. There is a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for ensuring the hardware is packed suitably for shipping. Contact Viba Hardware for a RGA before returning. Products without an RGA will not be accepted. We will process a refund, minus shipping and return shipping charges, within 10 business days.
